How to cook our dumplings

Boil

1. Place frozen dumpling into boiling water
2. Stir gently to avoid dumpling sticking together in first minutes
3. Cover the lid, reduce to low heat, simmer for 6 - 7 minutes or until cooked through

Steam

1. Paint the steamer rack with cooking oil, alternatively place a clean cloth or lettuce leave on the steamer to avoid dumpling sticking to the steamer when serving
2. Place frozen dumpling on the steamer rack, and cover the lid
3. Steam for about 12 minutes or until cooked through

Pan fry

1. Add 2 teaspoon cooking oil to non-sticky frypan, and place the pan on medium to high heat until hot
2. Gently place frozen dumpling into the pan with care, and cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom of the dumpling becomes golden colour
3. Add the water to around half-height of the dumpling size, quickly cover the lid, cook until water evaporated
4. The whole cooking process will take around 10 minutes
